Shipping policy
1. Shipping & Pickup
- Shipping Damage: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging to initiate a claim.
- Return Costs: Unless the return is due to our confirmed error, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Abandoned Orders: For local pickups, items not collected within 30 days of completion are considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of or resell abandoned items without a refund.
